Whilst I will act as your coach, my ultimate aim is to empower and enable you to begin creating your own “generative states”, to change your relationship with yourself and everything that comes into your life. Thus you will be able to work towards achieving your goals, transformations, healing, sense of inner peace, grace and ease and ability to meet challenges creatively…and so much more… throughout your life. As Virginia Satir would say "I want to lighten and enlighten".

In a "generative state" there is an appropriate level of mind / body relaxation, concentration, flow and flexibility and a deep connection to positive resources, providing creative responses to challenges.

Further coaching is given to help to maintain this state in the face of new challenges and the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the inevitability of constant change.

Generative Coaching will help you to develop a rich relationship with yourself and the world around you, transforming the way you think, feel, respond and create in your life.

Self-Relations speaks for itself, and by transforming your relationship with yourself, your experience of the world around you will also transform.

Generative Coaching and Self Relations were created by Stephen Gilligan Ph.D, a licensed Psychologist, mentored and inspired by Milton Erickson, an undisputed genius of the Therapy world, and Gregory Bateson, one of the co-creators of NLP.
